Birla Corporation Limited presented an awareness programme, on ‘Jute: The Natural Choice in Home Textiles’, before a gathering of members of the Karur Textile Manufacturer Export Association (KTMEA) on 18 April 2025, at the KTMEA Hall in Karur, Tamil Nadu. During the presentation by Shri Deepak Kumar Gupta and Shri Sandip Ghosh of the Company’s Jute Division, the benefits and versatility of jute as a natural and eco-friendly choice for home textiles was highlighted, emphasizing its sustainability, durability and aesthetic appeal. The event also showcased various jute products, demonstrating their potential in the home textiles industry.
